Our Private and Semi-Private Sessions are custom-tailored to your unique needs and goals.

If you are new to Pilates, yoga or just starting to exercise, recovering from an injury, or have specific goals in mind – then private sessions are the way to go. These private sessions can be utilized for Pilates, yoga, personal training or to prepare for other classes. You will establish a strong foundation to build upon. All sessions are done by appointment only and your trainer will customize an exercise program that is tailored to your needs and goals. We analyze your movement habits, posture, and lifestyle to determine functional or structural problems to build a customized program that will produce optimum results.

Private Pilates

Depending on your unique needs and goals, customized workouts may include a variety of STOTT PILATESĀ® equipment including the Reformer, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Cadillac. Private Yoga

Whether you are brand-new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, take your practice beyond the drop-in class experience with a private Yoga session. You will receive personal cues and learn modifications that will be safe for your body and will help you take your practice to a next level.

Personal Training

Maximize your goals with a custom-designed workout that is all about YOU ~ your body and your goals. You will begin your first session with a health intake with your certified Master Trainer to discuss injuries, mobility or limitation issues, or muscular weaknesses and imbalances to create workouts to address your individual needs and goals.
