With 40+ classes on our weekly schedule and 17 instructors, Longevita is able to provide a unique level of diversity and expertise. Through smaller class sizes and opportunities for individual attention, our goal is to help every individual find the right routines to reach their own personal goals within a positive, community atmosphere.

This balance of mind and body allows you to improve your lifestyle, and achieve your goals – be it fitness or rehabilitation – with life changing results.
We focus on functional fitness to compliment any activity or goal. By incorporating Pilates, yoga and strength & conditioning, you can improve fitness, lose weight, or continue rehabilitating after an injury. We also offer adaptations in many classes to meet the particular fitness needs of pre- and postnatal women, active seniors, or those with challenging conditions such as multiple sclerosis.
