Studio Policies

  • Pre-book your classes. Please reserve your spot online for all classes. Class space is limited and some class times fill up quickly. You may reserve your spot in the class up to one month prior to the scheduled class. Please arrive at least 5 min before your class. And if you are not quite sure which class is for you, click here for recommendations.
    • Class Cancellations by Teachers: If no one has pre-booked a class at least one-hour before the start time, the teacher will cancel that particular class for the day. If you are planning to attend a class, please let us know by pre-booking your classes.
  • Class/Appointment Cancellation Policy. This policy is in place to minimize disruption to our clients and as a courtesy to our instructors who are compensated on a per client/class basis. Keep in mind that if you book for a session or reserve a class we turn others away and if you don’t show up they miss out.
    • Classes: We have limited space for our classes. If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel online or call the studio directly.  We require a cancellation within 2 hours of class start time. We understand due to unexpected situations you will need to cancel less than 2 hours, please contact the studio as soon as possible if you are not able to cancel within the 2 hour window. Please keep in mind to do your best to honor the 2 hour window, as others may be waiting for your spot and will not have enough time to be notified that a spot has opened for them. We do not offer refunds on any classes.
    • Private Sessions: All private/semi private sessions are by appointment only. Appointments may be made in person or over the phone. If you cannot make your appointment due to illness, etc., please call the studio and/or contact your instructor as soon as you know you will not be able to make it. If you have to cancel, please do so within 12 hours or you may be charged for that session for not canceling. We realize there are always exceptions and understand that you may not be able to honor the 12 hours in which we will handle the exception case by case. We do not offer refunds on any private or semi-private sessions.
  • Studio Etiquette:
    • Please arrive 5-10 before scheduled class. (Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your FIRST class or session.)
    • We are a place of focused energy and tranquility. We ask that you please respect fellow members by helping us maintain the atmosphere of a calm and peaceful studio: Use your best judgement regarding talking before classes. It is usually acceptable to chat before Pilates or strength & conditioning classes; however, we ask that you refrain from conversations before yoga classes once inside the yoga room.
    • A light snack is ok before class. Many find they do not want to eat two-hours before yoga.
    • Please stay hydrated! It is wise to be well hydrated during the 24 hours prior to your class. Please hydrate during class, too. Water is available at the studio to purchase. You may bring your own water bottle to fill up at our water fountain.
    • Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in freely. 
    • Please leave your shoes at the shoe rack in the lobby. We want to keep the studio floors as clean as possible.
    • For all heated classes: please bring your own mat and towel. If you do not have a mat/towel, rentals are available starting at $5. 
    • For all non-heated Pilates mat, yoga, and strength and conditioning classes: please bring your own mat. If you do not have a mat, rentals are available starting at $5.
    • We recommend leaving valuables at home. We have lockers available to store your belongings, but we cannot guarantee their safety. Please bring your own padlock.
    • Please TURN OFF cell phones during class. Cell phones should not be brought into the hot room.
    • Please refrain from strong smelling perfumes or colognes. Please bring clean feet to all classes. For heated classes, we have special wipes for your feet before you enter the hot room.
    • Please let your instructor know if you have any condition or injury – no matter how big or small – before your class or session starts.
    • Let the instructor know if you are pregnant.
  • Membership Perks:
    • 10% off retail and 25% discount on specialty/series classes, workshops and special events (30% workshop/event discount with GOLD Memberships).
    • Ability to attend as many classes as you want per week or per day.
    • 5 guest passes per year to share with friends and family.
  • Membership Terms:
    • By signing up for a Longevita membership, you are agreeing to pay the amount per month for the minimum commitment of 3 months via automatic payment on a credit card or withdrawal from a bank account. You are also are agreeing to the following terms:
      •  Payment Date: The payment will run on the same day of the month each month as your original purchase date.
      • Commitment: After the minimum commitment is reached, this membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless notified within 14 days of your draw date and a completion of our Membership Cancellation Form.
      • Membership/Autopay Cancellations: Memberships can be terminated anytime after the initial commitment is reached by completing our Membership Cancellation Form and submitting it to the studio within 14 days of your autopay draw date. We require 14 days notice for all cancellations for processing time.
      • Holds: Memberships can be suspended for various occasions, such as, surgeries, vacations, etc. In order to suspend your membership, please complete our Membership Hold Form, which can be picked up from the front desk at the studio.
      • Refunds: We do not offer refunds on memberships, classes, private/semi-private sessions or workshops/events.
      • Sharing Memberships: No sharing of memberships.
      • Class Schedule: All prices, services and hours of class schedules are subject to change without notification. We try our best to let our clients know when there will be a major schedule change. Please check our on-line schedule often as well as our Facebook page.
  • Referral Program. Because your referral is the best compliment. Referral cards are available at the front desk!
    • Green referral cards for members with monthly autopay memberships let you refer a friend, who will get 15% off their 10-class pass or new membership. And as a thank you, we will give you 33% off your next monthly autopay.
    • Brown referral cards for Class Pass holders let you refer a friend, who will get 15% off their 10-class pass or new membership. And as a thank you, we will add three free classes to your current pass.
  • Inclement Weather Policy. Unless otherwise notified, the studio will be open. Always check the online web scheduler and/or our Facebook page for any class cancellations or studio closing. If weather conditions prevent you from attending your session, please call and/or email the studio and cancel your session online in our web scheduler. Also try and notify your instructor either by calling or texting. We will do everything possible to accommodate you in the case of school closings and/or icy conditions.
