Trish is native to the Seattle area and has been teaching since 2015.

What to expect in class:

Trish is known for her colorful descriptions and humor. She likes to connect with the clients to learn why they are here and how she can best fit their needs. It is hard to hide in her class, be sure to say hello and introduce yourself. Trish focuses a lot of energy on glute engagement, pelvic placement, balance, and core alignment so is ready to work!

Isometric muscle movement is great to isolate and engage tiny muscles that support larger muscles and groups to perform activities of daily living. Trish’s lighthearted nature and anecdotes will help distract you from the focused work happening as class time passes quicker than expected. She enjoys hearing about all the new muscles you have awakened in the following days. Your better ability to balance, intentional muscle activation, and posture will be the true testament to her teaching.

Get to know Tricia:

While trying to return to physical activity postpartum, Trish found it challenging to find knowledgeable instructors to safely lead group fitness classes. Her solution was to get herself trained to teach and inspire those returning to physical activity. 

Biggest influences 

Her family is her biggest influence: her daughters because she wants to inspire them, her husband because she enjoys activities with him, and the grandparents because she wants them to keep up their physical abilities to stay around as long as possible.

Hobbies when not teaching: 

When not teaching, Trish spends most of her time wrangling kids! She also enjoys feeding others, especially baking. It has been a dream of hers to run a marathon in every state, a goal at which she has been slowly chipping away.

Invitation to take a class: 

Barre is accessible for any level as a single class can host all abilities together, bring friends and join us.

TRX is most effective for those with good core stability and body awareness, this format is great after a few reformer or Pilates mat classes. Come see how we can challenge your strength.

The Pilates reformer is such a good way to work on alignment and engagement, especially after a few private lessons to figure out the machine. The group dynamic is so supportive and uplifting, we can’t wait to meet you.
