What to expect in class:

Luna’s goal is to create a space in which you can focus solely on YOU! I love imparting my passion for Pilates and helping you to become stronger and more confident in your abilities. She believes that Pilates is for EVERY BODY and seeks to create a connection with every client. The journey may be different for each of us, but together, we can create a strong, healthy, and empowered version of ourselves!

Get to know Luna:

Luna’s journey into Pilates began because of her nursing injuries from years of marathon running. Seeking a way to rehabilitate her body, she stumbled upon a reformer class and found herself instantly hooked. From that point on, Luna’s love and passion for Pilates grew steadily. After a year of practicing Pilates, Luna decided to embark on the path of becoming a Pilates instructor. Her journey into teaching Pilates became an ongoing endeavor, as she sought to deepen her understanding of the practice and share her passion with others. Luna recognized that Pilates not only provided her with a great physical workout but also allowed her to establish a strong mind-body connection.

One of the aspects that Luna particularly loves about Pilates is the high level of focus it requires. During her Pilates sessions, she finds herself fully engaged, dedicating her attention to every movement and the connection between her mind and body. This focused approach enables her to take care of herself holistically, both physically and mentally. 

Through her exploration of Pilates, Luna has discovered a form of exercise that not only helps her maintain a fit and healthy body but also allows her to nurture her overall well-being. The mind-body connection she experiences during Pilates sessions provides her with a sense of fulfillment and self-care that she cherishes.

As Luna continues her journey as a Pilates instructor, she is driven by her love for the practice and her desire to share its benefits with others. Her accidental encounter with Pilates has transformed into a lifelong passion and a means of not only taking care of herself but also positively impacting the lives of those she teaches.

Biggest influences 

Luna is influenced by her clients to be the best Pilates Instructor she can be. It is not always easy to crawl out of bed early in the morning or to venture into a new practice, such as Pilates. But their energy always inspires and uplifts her.

Hobbies when not teaching: 

When Luna is not teaching, she is equally passionate about traveling, art, baking/cooking and dancing. She also loves to read and spend time with her family.
