Practicing/Teaching since:

Carole has been teaching Pilates since 2016. Carole was first drawn to Pilates because of her own back pain from injuries in her life. She began as a private client of Shelia’s and progressed into classes and found her passion for Pilates having the ability to heal herself through her own practice. This change had such a dramatic effect on her that it inspired her to study Pilates and the human body further, and decided she wanted to teach Pilates so that she could help others feel similar benefits, as well, as, continue taking care of herself.

What to expect in class:

When you come to one of Carole’s classes, you will see that she really enjoys teaching Pilates and seeing the benefits it has for everyone. You will gain a better understanding of the importance of the mind-body connection through reformer and mat exercises. In Carole’s classes, you will focus on strength, mobility, and stabilization. Above all, fun!
