Truemed is a payment tool that allows health and wellness businesses, like Longevita, to accept HSA and FSA funds. Through TrueMed, you can use your tax-free funds toward Pilates, yoga, and more, making these services even more accessible.
How It Works
Using your HSA/FSA funds is simple:
Complete a Brief Survey
Take a quick evaluation survey through Truemed for $30.00 (click here). Your information will be privately reviewed by a licensed healthcare provider.
Receive your Letter of Medical Necessity
(good for 12 months).
If eligible, Truemed’s licensed practitioners will issue a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) for you. This document confirms that Pilates, yoga, and more is medically necessary for you.
Submit for Reimbursement
Truemed will guide you on how to submit your expenses to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.

An LMN is a document issued by a licensed healthcare provider outlining the medical reasons why a product or service is necessary for an individual’s health. It confirms that the expense is needed to cure, treat, mitigate, or prevent a medical condition.
