Sequences of postures flowing together with fluid transitions plus some challenging holds for strength-building and opportunities to incorporate arm balances and inversions

GENTLE
Slow-paced sequences influenced by the Viniyoga tradition that is known for therapeutic yoga

RESTORATIVE
A sequence of very long-held, supported postures, allowing time for the body and mind to rest deeply

YOGA NIDRA
A restorative asana practice followed by a guided meditation

INTERMEDIATE
Sequences with minimalist queuing to offer an experienced yoga practitioner the opportunity for an intermediate level group practice that also include pranayama and meditation
