Warm Yoga : Flow
This all-level yoga flow class works to boost metabolism, build lean muscle, and increase core stability with a steady-paced class focused on linking breath to movement. Instructors create sequences to move the body in every direction and plane to improve balance, strength and flexibility. Classes may include variations of the familiar Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) or have an entirely unique combination of flowing postures.
