Various body sculpting exercises using Pilates resistance techniques created to develop a strong core, back, arms, and legs

REFORMER TONE & STRETCH

An invigorating class using the Reformer as well as additional equipment, such as, Spring Wall, Bosus, dumbbells, Therabands, foam rollers, squishy balls, and stability balls

REFORMER CARDIO & CORE

Plyometric training using the Reformer and Jump Board, with the goal of increasing power, speed and strength – all in a low-impact setting

REFORMER + TRX®

Reformer-based workout combining your Pilates work with the incredibly effective TRX® suspension training system
