  • Balance 101: a TRX + Yoga Workshop for Happier Hips – with Tricia & Margo on September 8, 2019, 12:30-2:30 p.m. This workshop is currently full!

 

  • Fight Back Fit Series: a 6-part series combining fitness + self defense – with Heidi on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m., September 12 – October 17. Building from one week to the next, each class will include non contact boxing – for a full-body workout as well as the basic skills needed in footwork and combinations – followed by hands on self defense.   • Stretch & Strength Series: build a balanced yoga practice – with Margo on Sundays at 10:45 a.m., September 29 – October 27. Imbalances leave us feeling stuck and weak, or feeling overstretched and overworked. Discover how various yoga traditions have developed ways to address imbalances in muscle strength and stretch to create a practice that best serves you in this five-part series.
