Meet the Faculty

Omayra (Ommy) Hoon

RYT-500, YACEP

Ommy completed her initial YTT with 8 Limbs Yoga in Seattle, and went on a journey to complete her 500-hour advanced training in Vipasana, Hatha, and Asthanga yoga in Rishikesh, India. She returned to the States to establish Yoga OM and develop this 200-Hour Foundations of Yoga Teacher Training Program, which is based on the Indian teaching as her yogi master has taught her.  Ommy is also a teacher at Longevita.

Ommy is the Training Program Director & Lead Trainer, and teaches:

Margo Peña

E-RYT 500, YACEP

Margo has enjoyed learning with many different teachers from Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Viniyoga traditions developing her own practice for more than a decade. She studied with Amelia Moore (a student of Annie Carpenter) for her 200-hour training in 2014, and completed her 500-hour training with Robin Rothenberg (a student of Gary Kraftsow) in 2017. She is the founder of Your Yoga Pacific Northwest, LLC, and a teacher at Longevita.

Anamaria Baralt

RYT 500, E-RYT 200, YACEP

Anamaria first came to yoga through sports and the need to heal physical injury, but found that yoga has been instrumental in healing all aspects of life! In addition to being an Experienced RYT-500 YCEP, Anamaria has completed additional certifications: CPT (Certified Personal Trainer NASM) and CNC (Certified Nutrition Coach NASM). She offers personal training and is a teacher at Longevita.

Kari Sborov

RYT 200

In addition to teaching yoga and training yoga teachers, Kari also holds certifications in group fitness and sports nutrition from NDEITA (National Dance Exercise Instructors & Teachers Association), AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America), and IFPA (International Fitness Professional Association). She is the Master Certifying Instructor at Valley Athletic Club.
