What to Expect in Class:

A full body workout – head to toe – mixing it up with different equipment: free weights, bands and stability balls. Practice endurance, balance, and strength training in a fun and safe environment.

Biggest Influences/Inspirations/Styles:

Cathe Friedrich, Jillian Michaels and Jeff Cavalier;  Everyday people who are just as passionate/dedicated about getting healthy and fit; Go-to style: HIIT, strength training, compounding exercises and Hypertrophy Training.

Shaudae currently teaches Functional Strength Training (FST) and Cardio Barre classes.
