Movement with breath. Hard work! Arm balances, or preparatory poses to build strength for arm balances.

Cross training; teaching and watching students grow in their practice each class – every student has a story, and it is inspiring the things people are able to overcome through yoga.

Savanna currently teaches Warm and Hot Yoga classes as well as Hot Sculpt classes.
