New To Our Studio?

Welcome! With more than 70 classes on the schedule to choose from each week, it can be overwhelming to know where to start. Depending on what your goals are, you can find the right combination of classes for a routine that suits you best. Check out some of our recommendations below to help take the guess work out of getting started.

Been at Longevita a While, But Your Routine Needs a Refresh?

Whether you missed a few classes and got out of your groove, or you have just begun to find your current routine feeling stale, sometimes it is good to revisit your goals to see if changing things up could be the answer you are looking for. Consider what your goals are and take a look at the following recommendations. The key to sustainable fitness and good health is a routine that really works for you.

May We Recommend…

Fitness doesn’t happen by accident, but well planned routines make goals attainable. Inconsistent routines bear little results, but just one month of a regular, manageable routine (just 3-4 x/week) can have a huge impact.

If you are interested in yoga to counter stress [+]

We suggest:

  • Sundays 6:30pm Non-heated Yoga: Yoga Nidra (restorative yoga + meditation),
  • Mondays 7:30pm Warm Yoga: Gentle, and
  • Saturdays 7:45am Warm Yoga: Gentle

If you are looking for fun, dynamic, workouts [+]

Choose several classes each week that mix up strength training and stretching to make your week well-rounded and easy to maintain for the long run. We suggest:

  • Sunday 6pm Barre,
  • Tuesday 7pm TRX,
  • Thursday 7pm Tone & Stretch Reformer, and
  • Saturday 10:30am Warm Pilates: Sculpt

If you need strength building workouts that move you [+]

Needing something to balance out a lot of sitting or standing at work all day? We suggest:

  • Tuesday 5:10pm Hot Sculpt,
  • Thursday 5:10pm Hot Sculpt, and
  • Friday 5:45pm Cardio Barre

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Also include at least one non-heated yoga class each week to maintain flexibility for all the strength building. These classes are offered Mondays 6pm and Wednesdays 6pm.

If you want to develop a solid yoga practice [+]

Even / especially if you are new to yoga, it is important to practice yoga three times a week and incorporate at least one strength and conditioning class to build strength and muscular endurance for your yoga practice. We suggest:

  • Monday 6pm Non-heated Yoga: Hatha,
  • Wednesday 6pm Non-heated Yoga: Hatha,
  • Friday 6pm Warm Yoga: Intro to Ashtanga,
  • and TRX either on Thursday 5:30pm or on Sunday 5pm

If you are looking for challenging workouts that are different [+]

Looking for something different than anything you would find at the gym? We suggest:

  • Monday 6pm Cardio & Core Reformer,
  • Tuesday 6pm Hot Yoga: Flow,
  • Wednesday 6pm Cardio & Core Reformer, and
  • Thursday 6pm Hot Yoga: Fusion

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Also include at least one restorative-style yoga class each week for active recovery time, which actually makes the rest of your workouts more effective overall.  Restorative yoga classes are offered Wednesdays at 7:30pm and Fridays at 4:45pm.

If you are interested in building a strong hot yoga practice [+]

It is important to practice hot yoga three times a week and incorporate one or more strength and conditioning classes to build strength and muscular endurance for your yoga practice. Better yet, make the most of your trips to the studio and double up classes with yoga + strength and conditioning each day. We suggest:

  • Tuesdays 6am Hot Yoga: Fusion and Tuesdays 7am TRX + Reformer,
  • Thursdays 6am Hot Yoga: Fusion and Thursdays 7am TRX + Reformer, and
  • Saturdays 8am TRX and 9am Hot Yoga: Hatha
