A casual, honest attitude. A gentle and trauma-aware approach to yoga. Mindfulness meditation, and a dash of yoga philosophy.

Biggest Influences/Inspirations/Styles:

The Trauma Center’s 20-hour Trauma Sensitive Yoga training. Making yoga more accessible is important. Kate Fontana, Vania Kent, and Erin Joosse – who inspire me to embrace vulnerability as a teacher and human being.
