 Come out and join us for the Fall Back into Health & Wellness workshop – Introduction to Yoga and Wellness! This is a gentle, playful, and informative workshop for all bodies and abilities. This three-hour workshop will cover yoga fundamentals, an introduction to various yoga stretches and poses you can do at home in a safe and effective manner, an enlightening talk on health and wellness issues, and an opportunity to mingle with other like-minded, health-focused people. We will wrap up with a Healthy Happy Hour featuring snacks Q&A session, and opportunities to develop your yoga practice.
