This class will welcome all families that have a child or young adult with a disability to participate in a gentle yoga class. In this class we will safely learn techniques for breath control and build body awareness. The progressive series will start with the basics and move at the pace of the class, in a safe and calm environment. Space is limited to 5 families and siblings are welcome and free.
