Positive affirmations; time to be connected with the body and breath; awareness of alignment and how to modify to honor where your body and mind are on that day. All yoga classes end with a moment to reflect on gratitude.

Biggest Influences/Inspirations/Styles:

Ayurveda, Marie Jose Blom, Buddhist Meditation, Pilates, rehabilitation, yoga therapy, healing, and finding the calm in our stressful, modern life.

Emily is currently teaching Pilates Tone & Stretch Reformer, as well as  Warm and Non-heated Yoga classes – including prenatal yoga and mother-baby yoga classes – and is available for Private Sessions!
