Join Paula for a unique wellness program designed to create freedom, develop awareness, and bring balance in your life. Coaching session topics are designed to uncover what might be sabotaging your best intentions: your goals, habits and beliefs; diet culture and body image; mindset and self-love; how to be your best self.

This program will include:

  • 5, 1-hour group coaching sessions (on 3/16, 3/30, 4/13, 4/27, 5/11)
  • 1, 45-minute 1:1 call with Paula to discuss your unique goals
  • access to the on-line Facebook support group

This class provides you with the solid foundation and skills you need to develop effective and motivating group and personal training programs. At the end of the course you are qualified to design and teach essential and intermediate level matwork classes, integrating small equipment to add variety and to meet the specific needs of your clients. In addition to the general course objectives you learn:

  • Workout composition for personal and group training
  • Essential, intermediate and power workouts
  • Use of the Flex-Band, Fitness Circle and Arc Barrel to enhance, support and intensify strength and flexibility exercises.

Prerequisites: working knowledge of functional anatomy, prior Pilates experience and three-plus years teaching movement or fitness

Course Duration: 40 hours instruction and supervised teaching, plus minimum. 10 hours observation, 30 hours physical review, 15 hours practice teaching.

Conducted over four weekends.

Join Hien for a soothing slow flow practice with live music. Explore mind-body awareness while linking breath and movement. Live music will be played to create an inviting and relaxing atmosphere for your practice. Abe Landa, professor of guitar at the University of Puget Sound will provide music with acoustic guitar.
