Including strength & conditioning among your weekly workouts is vital to a well-rounded fitness routine. Pairing the flexibility, stability, coordination, and mindfulness of Pilates and yoga with some strength & conditioning workouts lets you truly capitalize on your body’s potential for total fitness

TRX[+]

Yes, you might have heard that the TRX Suspension Trainer was developed for the Navy SEALs, but don’t let that intimidate you! You do not have to bin military shape to work out with TRX. This suspension training has two cables that you use on your feet or hands to partially suspend your body to use your own body weight as resistance.
It is for everyone, beginner to advanced. Our TRX classes offer many workout variations for cardio-strength training that will keep your fitness routine challenging and well-rounded.

Barre[+]

Barre is an invigorating, total body workout. It is about lengthening and strengthening your muscles. You are truly worked from head to toe. Barre is a low-impact workout, which means anyone, regardless of body type, age, or ability can practice it regularly.
Classes include a combination of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to achieve lean and sculpted muscles in a dynamic way. Barre is very rhythmically inclined. The music is always upbeat and fast paced. This lively music serves as a motivational too and keeps you engaged during your class. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is incorporated into some classes to create Cardio Barre in addition to our traditional Longevita Barre classes.

Bootcamp[+]

This class is a combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) focussed on agility, strength, and cardio segments, designed for optimal muscle building and maximum burn. Although this is a high-intensity class, there are ample modifications for all levels and abilities.

Hot Sculpt[+]

This class combines strength training with free weights, resistance bands, and interval training. Expect a full body workout and core conditioning to build strong, lean muscles. This class will be held in the hot room with the temperature set to a toasty 90-95 degrees. Come to class well hydrated!

Kickboxing[+]

This class is a unique, high energy combination of Western Boxing and May Thai that uses punches, kicks, knees, and elbows to create a total body workout that is as vigorous as it is fun.

Private and Semi-private Training[+]

If you want to begin a new strength & conditioning routine, have weight to lose, or are returning to fitness after an injury, personal training can help you reach your goals safely and effectively. What to Wear[+]

Wear workout shoes and comfortable, tight fitting clothing that won’t get in your way. Bring your mat, water bottle, and a towel, because you will be sweating!
